How do I select my size?
A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.
How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?
All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through personal quality inspection before dispatch.
How can I take care of my garment?
Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Skirtberries outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
Do you customise products?
No.

How can I make payments on the website?
At SB , we accept online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway
I just placed my order. When will I receive it?
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.
How can I track my order?
We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us on skirtberries@gmail.com  and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But we take international orders through WhatsAPP
How can I track my international shipment?
We will share the tracking ID on whatsAPP
Which shipping partners do you use for shipping the products?
We ship all our domestic orders via renowned services such as Delhivery and Bluedart. We do ship worldwide, and all our International orders are shipped via DHL.
I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?
We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. Incase you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on skirtberries@gmail.com and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible
I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?
If you’d like to  make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at skirtberries@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.

Exchange, Refund And Cancellations

How can I exchange my product?
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?
Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed. For more information, please refer to our return & exchange policy.
